Conduct, privacy & media
- Treat members, opponents, officials, organisers, volunteers and venue staff with dignity and respect.
- Abusive, discriminatory, threatening, intimidating or inappropriate behaviour is not permitted.
- Do not post political, racial, communal, sexually explicit or offensive material in WWCC groups or social channels.
- Use English in the main WhatsApp groups so club communication remains accessible to everyone.
- Protect other members’ personal information and raise disagreements privately with an organiser.
- Respect club venues, equipment and reasonable instructions from officials and organisers.
Matches and events may be photographed, recorded or publicly live-streamed. Participants should expect to appear on screen; recordings may remain available for highlights and club promotion. Cameras will not be used in private areas. Raise significant privacy or safeguarding concerns with an organiser before participating.
Serious or repeated breaches may result in removal from club groups, suspension or termination of membership. Membership Terms version 1.1 · September 2026, migrated from the staging site.

Colts cricket is planned
We do not currently operate a Colts programme or collect young players’ details through this website. Before launch, WWCC will publish a safeguarding policy, name a Club Safeguarding Officer and set out parent and guardian registration arrangements.
